Martial Law, Broadcasted by CBS Network

Martial Law is an American television series that is broadcasted on CBS Network from September 26, 1998 to May 13, 2000. It completed its two seasons consisting of 44 numbers of episodes, the length of each episode was adjusted to 45 minutes. The series of Martial Law is created by Carlton Cuse. The show attained a surprised hit and broadcasted internationally. It has also been broadcasted on Bravo, in the republic of Ireland and UK, throughout the week. In Britain the show "Martial law" is aired on "Five" from 1988 to 2005. The episodes of the series replayed on "ITV4" from 2005 to 2007. After 2009 the series is given the right to show replays. It scored high ratings in 98 when it was broadcasted on Britain's "Channel 5", at 8pm on Sunday. Martial Law is also broadcasted on Australia's Seven Network, ATV in Hong Kong, TV4 and TV3 in Sweden, Sky1 and Channel4 in New Zealand.

The characters of the series are Sammo Hung as Sammo Law, Arsenio Hall as Terrell Parker, Kelly Hu as Grace, Tammy Lauren as Dana Dikson, Louis Mandylor as Louis Malone, Tom Wright as Benamin Winship, and Gretchen Egolf as Amy Dylan. Sammo Hung is a Chinese Law officer and expert in Martial Arts, comes to Los Angeles in search of a colleague and remains in the United States. In many scenes you will see that Hung does not speak, the reason behind this is that Hung is not fluent in English. Dana Dickson exists in supporting cast, but excited the show after sixth episode named as Extreme Measures. Arsenio Hall joined the cast in ninth episode, and his work was to help out the Sammo and the gang on cases.

Sammo Law actually works for the police department; he is transferred to Los Angeles, America, he is there because when American techniques do not work, he eploys some Chines cop work in order to done the job. He is the advisor of Grace "Pei Pei". The series of Martial Law has two season plots.

In season one plot Chinese Govt. sent Sammo in order to arrest and old opponent named as Lee Hei. Sammo's goal was to capture Lee Hei and end of his criminal organization. But unfortunately season's one plot line remained unresolved due to which it ended. The season two starts with Sammo mentioning Lee Hei's death. Some of the main characters like Tammy Lauren left the series after a few episodes.
